use the oceans to generate energy - how?
use geothermal energy with something with a lower boiling point than water... maybe alcohol? a form of alcohol that condenses at room temperature?
The Philippines currently has one of the most expensive electricity rates in Asia, but it is surrounded by ocean. Could we use this to give this country the cheapest power rates in Asia?
